Fair way to buy a home
Seems like a really transparent and fair way to buy a home. Currently in the application process but the customer advisor, Susan, is very informative and answered all of my questions. Susan explained how the financial costs of any repairs would be split (like if the boiler goes), the process to buy additional shares in the property and what the end buy out process would be. Great service so far, hope it goes through.

We are very happy with Wayhome’s service! We have finally got our home! At first I was not sure about it, as seemed too good to be true! But believe me, it was a great decision! Thank God! A big shout out to Nadia, she has been so helpful with answering all the questions we had and making all the arrangements. We have moved in August 2023, the entire process took just over 3 months. Every time we need to speak to them, just dropped an email in and they will call back. All the signing process was done while we were abroad on holiday with the help of Ben, he was great! we moved in as soon as we got back from our holiday. Thank you Wayhome!

Best substitution to mortgage
We have been looking for alternative way to buy a house as we don't want to do mortgage for religious reasons. Way home was really the star. We tried other companies but way home was very professional and best communication and customer service we had. Highly recommending them.
