Smertefri bestilling og levering. Havde heller ikke noget at reklamere, måske derfor den gode oplevelse. Painless shopping and swift delivery. Had also no claims or complaints, perhaps that's why it was spared from negative experiences as reported by other customers.
Be carreful customer service does not answer
I am from France, it is my second order with them. They made a mistake when I ordered, I sent them 3 or 4 e-mails for exchanges but they do not reply. I will not recommand this site, usually German sites are correct but this one is not reliable.
Order canceled without explanation
I ordered a Tripp Trapp from Windeln.de and, although the order and payment went through fine, I received an email about an hour later saying that my purchase had been cancelled. There was neither an apology nor an explanation as to why. As the website crashed during the ordering process, I thought this might have been the problem and ordered the highchair again. Once again, the same thing happened, no explanation, no apology, just a cancellation email. If Windeln.de doesn't have the products, or does not wish to sell them at the prices advertised, then they shouldn‘t be listed on the website!! At the very least, customer service should reach out to their customers in such instances - very poor service.
delay with delievery
I have ordered something as present, and it was shown that it is on stock and delivery time between 1 and 3 working days. I called the customers service and I was told that the delivery time is not valid for all the items. I asked them to cancel my order and they said "NO". I do think that such customer service would ever provide good service to anybody,
