woodoo.com is a legit company in France (59100 Roubaix). Its not connected to the China fake and scam companies "the woodoo" or earlywooddesigns or Makezbright (which are all supposedly located in Red Lodge, MT 59068 but really are located in China and shipping from China).
Poor Service and Quality
First of all, ordered December 6 for Xmas gifts, it came December 26th. Secondly, the product is of poor quality, when I took the puzzle apart shavings actually fell on the table and there is absolutely no finish on the wood whatsoever.

I wish I read these reviews! Absolutely the worst service I've ever had I've never received the products they said they're going to send out another one they never did you can't get a hold of anybody it's the absolute worst!!!!! Do not buy from these people!!!

Ordered from woodoo. Didn't arrive for 3 weeks. I messaged requesting order update. All I got was apologies for the delay it will be with you shortly. Kept chasing. Finally request a refund. Again reply was its on its way. When finally recieved the print was wrong, the colour red was faded in patches. I am still waiting a 50% refund after 10 day. I would recommend do not purchase from this company so unprofessional
Never received the order and company doxes their customers
Never received the order, can´t get a hold on customer suport, but somehow was put in the cc for mails of other customers. Now I have the Name, address and Mail of several strangers from all over the world. Great way to lose money, time and perhaps even get doxed. Total scam.

I ordered the product and it never reached my home (insufficient address) I contacted them and they told me they would send a new one. Two weeks later I emailed them asking for an update and the email for customer service no longer works. Disappointed as this was a Christmas gift
