Bought this phone 2 years ago, hardly used until 1 month ago. This morning the phone asked me to re-start to install a google update so I did.Since then the phone is keeping re-booting and even the factory setting re-set cannot fix it. I assume the phone was not supporting the upgrade so it should not have asked me to proceed with it. I contact Xiomi to be told that the update has broken the phone and that the only way to revert it is for a technician to open it up and they will not do that for me as I am not under guaranty.

Finally, Scooter has been repaired,
It took a while however my scooter starts working after repair.!Thank You Xiaomi !!

Xiaomi doesn't have any global warranty. If phone has quality issue they customer support clean hands.I bought poco F2 Pro May 2020 xiaomi mc Store.
Phone won't charge and warranty should cover because problem is physical charging Port or connection motherboard to battery. I think problem come official fast charger heating and connection gets bad.
I was optimistic Xiaomi help me with this matter.
No warranty no service. You are on your own with Xiaomi ekosystem products.

Within 9 mont my Xiaomi vacum cleaner died.
Long email trafic with the Xiaomi service were they asked for Videos,photos and more an more details an then they stoped answering.
No repair or compensation!

What a RUBBISH!!! I bought new Xiaomi G1 robotic cleaner from XIAOMI STORE on ALIEXPRESS.Used for 4 MONTHS (twice a week) and the cleaner start leak means all water gone on the floor. I contact XIAOMI CUSTOMER SERVICE and they told me the product is out of warranty 4 months after purchase. That's mean XIAOMI don't have warranty for any product and even no SERVICE to fix the issue. By the way I read about this Xiaomi leak issue on Google and most of the cleaners have some problem. Be Careful people!!!!! XIAOMI = NO SERVICE = NO WARRANTY

I got the Xiaomi 10 Pro at XIAOMI OFFICIAL STORE
Via ALIEXPRESS. After 10 month of use the phone stopped working.SIM cart were not recognized. Only possible to use via Wireless.
After many attempts to claim the warranty, I was offered 40 USD cash back...never received.
Bad Aliexpress and Xiaomi. They do not respect the contract (1 year warranty).

I had 3 phones from xiaomi: 5t, 8 lite and redmi 9t. I was allways very happy with spec, it's working very fast,good cameras, very resistant for impact and shock, good prices and overal very very good quality; I would rate company for 5/5, but.... It seems Xiaomi is taking good care, to make sure user is going to buy new smartphone every 2 years, because of battery... After 1,5 year phones tend to drain battery much faster and after 2 years it's usualy a dramma.
This is a very very bad practice! Everyone is talking so much about ecology theese days and all my phones could work for me much longer but I had to replace them because batteries last few hours...
This should be illegal and thoose marketing practices are evil.
