The website is nice but the product is terrible. The size and materials nothing are fit the website described Made out of cheap nasty material.Poor quality all round and I came out over £21 lighter because of postage and VAT not being refunded I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and I found the company help which is Eight4five five2ₒₙₑ seven ᵗʷᵒ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE DRESS WHICH IS GOT IS NOTHING LIKE UN THE PICTURE AT ALL the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

The pictures are totally different from what you get !!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY BAD QUALITY It took too long to get here ordered some great stuff, it looked good on the internet, it was very different when I got it, it also took 3 months to get here Looked nothing like the picture. Made out of cheap nasty material. the worse company I've ever done business with if I could give less than one star I would...you requesta statement never receive it they bill you 300.00 make payment they say not received in time and charge you the payment amount plus 50.00 late charg. I can't wait to get the attorney results back I've hired.

Low-quality products. what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad.Most of The sizes were good since I read the measurements, but were not at all consistent. Misleading descriptions and pictures. Very disappointed. Will be returning I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and did research about this company finally I found this help number which is 8four-five ???? ??? ??? I bought a necklace described as sterling silver. It brought me out in a painful rash on the two occasions I tried to wear it.I'm not allergic to silver, all.of my other jewellery is fine. It also sticks to a magnet, which silver should not do. I don't believe the item is silver, I was misled, and customer service have not replied to an email I sent two months ago. Shocking lack of service, and surely illegal practice??
