Bought a switch from this company that broke after 1,5 years. At least so it seems.I submitted two ticket in order to get support but never heard anything from them. You don't get any confirmation when submitting support tickets so you can't follow up. Also, for some reasons they don't even have basic manuals to download for many of their products.read more

I have two NAS326 devices as I like their price/quality ratio. Since one week, I'm sure I will never buy again their products.I want my review to be honest and unbiased. My NAS was attacked by ransomware, which is attacking ONLY Zyxel NAS devices. Although I'm behind hardware firewall there was no problem from the hacker to encrypt my HDD's on the NAS326. This problem was first reported more than 2 months ago. Than I started looking for additional information on ZyXel site about the problem and the only solution was to update the firmware of my NAS, which I did anyway. I filled a request for help as I don't want to pay 950 euro to get my data and the only answer I received was - use your back-up and make back-ups in the future. This is not what I would expect from international company. I would expect after two months to come with clear solution and tools how to recover the data. I was able to recover some of my data by following some steps posted on the net by other users of NAS326. Though I believe this should be responsibility of the company and not of use as the reason is bad code in their device and not something related to the set-up of my network.read more
