Be careful with this service
I tried adding money for the first time to my account with them after the transfer of funds I'm still waiting for Astropay to send me the equivalent into my account it is 5 working days now and I'm yet to receive the value I paid for. I reached out to my bank and they confirmed the transaction was successful.
My AstroPay account has had my funds…
My AstroPay account has had my funds locked since Dec 19, 2025. I need these funds today for an urgent medical emergency and support keeps repeating that the review takes “up to 30 days” with no solution. I offered to provide medical documentation immediately, but no help has been provided. This situation is seriously affecting my health. I hope AstroPay reviews this urgently and allows access to my funds before Jan 18, 2026.
UPDATE URGENT – Immediate access to my funds required
I still haven’t received any response from the specialized team. I need my money returned TODAY, as tomorrow is Saturday and Monday is a national holiday in Argentina. I cannot be left the entire weekend without access to my funds. The situation is critical and I have already filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority. I urgently request immediate intervention from a supervisor or the Compliance team. This cannot wait any longer.

i would give it a zero if it was there they did not refund my 10000 rupees although payment was sent to their provider and they claim not to have received i provided all details along with bank and transaction statements. now i feel like cheated it has been more than a year now and they have migrated their indian customers to icashone and no one is answerable and taking the responsibility
Transfer Sent on Nov 1st — Still Not Credited or Returned, No Response from Support
We made a bank transfer to AstroPay on November 1st, and as of today it has neither been credited nor returned. Our bank has confirmed that the transfer was successfully sent, and that there are no issues on their side. The intended recipient has contacted AstroPay support multiple times, but has not received any response or clarification. We have also reached out from our Finance department and still haven’t received even an acknowledgment. At this point, we simply need AstroPay to confirm the status of the transfer — whether it was received, is being held, or if any additional information is required. The lack of communication is extremely concerning for a financial service provider. We hope this public review prompts someone from AstroPay to finally address this issue.
Lack of credibility of AstroPay
It's been over two weeks since I made an IBAN deposit into my AstroPay account. The funds have miraculously vanished, despite the bank providing proof of transfer confirmation, which I submitted to them. I even copied the reference number to send to them so they could locate my funds. I suspect this site is a scam. If I don't have a clear picture of my funds this week, I will take legal action against AstroPay. Please be wary of AstroPay. I say this sincerely because I don't know if I'll ever get my money back. It's €9,785 that just disappeared. Customer service responds, but without providing clear answers or resolving the issue. I insist on urging you to be careful with AstroPay. Gabriele Boscati

UPDATE BEFORE YOU READ THIS... ITS OVER 50 DAYS NOW ON 16/12/25 OF WAITING FOR MY MONEY..THE RESPONSE IS THE SAME..WE HAVE ESCALATED AND ARE LOOKING INTO IT Important to note I've verified my profile and provided everything they have ever asked for. I’ve been away for months after an accident and recently decided to log back into my AstroPay account. I deposited USD 150 only to find that I can’t use it properly. Every time I try to deposit funds to Bet365, I get constant errors. One support agent told me there was no issue with my account and it was perfect (I have the screenshots). Another told me to uninstall and reinstall the app(i also have screenshot) then disappeared for over 8 hours. When someone finally responded, they informed me that my account would be closed in 30 days( No reasons at all) Last i was using my account perfectly. To make it worst my spending limit had been capped at only USD 3.95 per day which i can't even withdraw. I asked multiple times how I could withdraw my money before the closure, but every reply was vague and unhelpful. They kept saying I could use the funds on “online merchants,” but most supported merchants like Bet365 have a minimum deposit of $10 making it impossible to use my balance. AstroPay did not warn me about the restriction before I made the deposit, and now I’m unable to access my own money. This feels unfair and unprofessional. All I want is to withdraw my funds and close the account, but the support team keeps going in circles. How do you tell me that i have 30 days to withdraw $150 with a daily limit of $3.95. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from AstroPay until they fix their customer support and refund process. UPDATE: The team did reach out, and we did have a chat. I am still waiting for their response regarding refunding the amount to my USDT wallet because as at now, I can't withdraw anything on my own. UPDATE 2 Its going to 3 weeks and i still haven't received any funds or clarification on what will be done. The response is the same, "We are actively looking into it". This is really worrying.
