Ich habe am 18.05.2025 eine Bestellung bei ba&sh aufgegeben, die per DHL Express geliefert werden sollte. Laut Sendungsverfolgung sollte die Lieferung am 20.05. erfolgen – angekommen ist aber bis heute nichts. Ich habe mich mehrfach per E-Mail und im Chat an den Kundenservice gewendet, bekam aber nur automatische Antworten oder sehr knappe Nachrichten ohne jegliche konkrete Lösung. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat den Chat sogar kommentarlos geschlossen, ohne auf meine Fragen einzugehen. DHL konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen und verwies mich an ba&sh – aber auch dort wurde ich komplett allein gelassen. Erst nach Einschalten von PayPal hoffe ich nun, mein Geld zurückzubekommen. So ein Verhalten ist für einen Premium-Online-Shop absolut enttäuschend. Keine Lieferung, keine Klärung, kein Service – ich kann von einer Bestellung bei ba&sh derzeit nur abraten.
