Slow/not functioning internet, horrible customer service

The internet was really slow and sometimes not functioning at all. I called the customer service several times and they told me to put the router to the window, but they can't do anything else and they advised me on switching to another provider if there's so many problems, so I quit my contract. Haven't even received any closure contract, just an automated email and this is how I found out I was supposed to pay the remaining amount of the contract, another year for not even having a contract anymore... I contacted them several times and they take weeks to reply just to send me a reply that I need to pay another year even if I ended my contract because their Internet didn't work and because their own customer service advised me to do so, because "they can't guarantee 100% that the internet will work" (the only thing an Internet should do!) and that my "district" has problems with the speed of internet. Interestingly enough since I switched providers I haven't had any problems with the internet. Now I can pay tons of money for a horrible service and a year of nothing. Bad quality, the customer service always tries to blame everything on the district and the customer instead of taking responsibility and offering a compromise. Don't chose this provider unless you like to pay for NOTHING!

Awful

The customer service is unhelpful and one of the rudest I've ever experienced. They also told me that I shouldn't transfer the sum on my bill since they would take it automatically from my bank account. However, when the automatic payment didn't work out they charged me a penalty fee for a delayed payment without letting me know that they had had issues with the payment. No communication, no self-awareness.

I would never recommend this internet…

I would never recommend this internet to anyone. The LTE is low almost all the time and drops the connection speed randomly on a daily basis , only 3g was stable but slow. Service team do not help much and they took an extra months billing after I cancelled and do not state why. I am happy to be out of my binding with this horrible internet and can go to a more stable internet provider. Please don't bother with this company.

Miserable company, be aware of what can happen to you

I was out of home for 3 months, after returning back I get several letters from Inkasso with 5 post letters that I need to pay 300€ after stopping their charges to my bank account (desperate because they did not pick up the phone calls at all and hanging them when I started to talk in English). All was because my cancellation letter did not have the signature (when finalising the end of contract in time) and they kept the contract running for the next 6 month. My last letter was to threaten me with a lawyer if I did not pay an increased amount of 500€ after 6 month of no usage and no payment, thinking that finally I would not hear them back after my resign letter. This company is miserable how they work. I share this to make you aware of what can happen if you missed something or when they do not answer at all any support calls, they won’t care and they will try to threaten you in all possible ways… (I ended up paying an unfair 500€ to avoid any lawyer payment), is a pity that the law (and the 3rd party company which seemed even part of this deal, to steal money easily) do not care about people, service providers which try to threat with their worst phone customer support. If the law really cared about people, companies like this should not stay for such such a long time , robbing peoples money and hanging up any phone calls after waiting for at least 20 minutes in each call….
