Nice professional and informative…

Nice professional and informative representative who was polite, and courteous and did a good job. No mess left behind like some companies have in the past, you wouldn't even know he had been. Confirmed arrival time the previous evening which was very handy to have a 2 hour window rather than the 4 hour window initially given when booking in.
