First time I have used Budgetplaces to book hotel for visit to New York for my wife and our sons to meet the American side of our family. So was an important trip. I unfortunately booked a hotel without checking with my wife and when she looked at the booking she was unhappy as it was unsuitable for our needs. Contacted Budgetplaces. Johan was brilliant. He negotiated with the hotel on our behalf getting them to forego the full payment and made an arrangement so that if we re-booked another hotel we would n't lose our deposit. Furthermore he took the trouble to find out our needs, stopped me booking another unsuitable room arrangement (some people never learn!) and then set up another far more suitable hotel for us to book which my wife is far happier with. Johann has saved the trip really. Exceptional customer service. Thank you very much Johan!

I booked a trip on budgetplace on internet, but faced some problem With the payment. In my view, a reliable source of good budget accommodation
I have been using this site for a number of years and through it have found good, relatively inexpensive accommodation in several expensive cities I am happy to return to. budgetplaces.com just makes good sense
Best place for a 2 days trip
It was my first time in Frankfurt and the agent Mr.Tromp has found a very good place for me . I like everything.I had a si gle room with all . If u need to go to Frankfurt , first call budgetplaces and ask for Mr.Tromp. He has helped me a lot. He made the whole reservation quick and very good! I liked the place!
Booking process
Initially started booking process on line but had a query. I telephoned them and the agent was very helpful. She was able to answer my query and completed the booking for me.
Good website overall, some quirks that need changing though.
Overall a good website and booking experience. Keeps your deposit money as credit to use toward other bookings if you make a non-refundable booking and change your mind. Sometimes however when you look to book a hotel, it will take you to a slightly different site which looks more like booking.com, although it is under the same website. I wouldn't be bothered, except this slightly different site doesn't take the credit like it should. Would use again.
