Orders delayed and no customer support

Orders delayed, no one answers any emails, no phone number to contact, no way to even give up on my purchase! Never buying from here again.

Terrible quality

I bought soul ivory plates from here less one month ago and it has scratches already with a perfectly normal use. Terrible quality.

Shocking Customer Service & Delivery - Casa, Agediss & TSNGroen

I would never had ordered from Casashops online, had I read the reviews here. I placed an order for chairs on 1 Sept. On 5 Sept I received a mail that my order was picked up by Agediss and to expect a mail to coordinate the delivery. On 7 Sept I got a mail to expect a delivery on 11 Sept via a 3rd party TSNGroen, and times will be confirmed closer to the date. Another mail to confirm times between 9.34am and 11.34am. I waited the whole day. Nothing. I called TSN who apologised for an error and they asked to delivery 13th. Again, emails received to confirm times. Again. No delivery. So I spent today emailing and calling. TSNGroen told me that they had in fact not received my order from Agediss and that I must call Agediss. I call Agediss and the lady says she cannot track my order, she does not know if it's on it's way, she does not know when I can expect it, she has no idea. I must just wait. What courier company does this?? I send a message to Casahops on FB - no reply. I email Casashops Belgium, and they email Agediss asking for an response ASAP. That was over 5 hours ago. Here I am stilling for chairs I spent my hard earned Euro on, with nothing to show for it. I have no idea if this will be resolved, but this is a horrible, horrible experience. Never in my life have I ever experienced this kind of service from a courier company or a retail company. My advise. Go someplace else with your money. It's not worth it from Casashops or their preferred courier providers.

The WORST experience i've had with a…

The WORST experience i've had with a webshop so far. I sent bank furniture and it has been 4 weeks and I still do not have my money back. You cannot reach them by phone and they answer emails when they feel like it, giving the same answer over and over without any solution. I'm at a point where I am considering taking legal action to get my money back.

Very, very bad service.

Unfortunately, very bad. We ordered two deckchairs from Casashops and after about four weeks they were delivered. One of the two deckchairs was scratched to the bare metal, so it is only a matter of time before it starts to rust. There is no possibility to contact by phone, only by contact form. But there was no reply to our complaint. And the two other attempts to contact Casa also failed. No reaction. We don't want to open a big can of worms and bother our lawyer with it. We'd rather write a lot of negative reviews to warn others to order here.

Lacking any customer support and not able to provide product information

While Casashops have a great potential to be a really nice concept store, they fail to focus on customer service and are incapable to answer even the basic product inquiries, therefore losing sales and leaving unhappy customers behind. It's extremely diffucult to reach anyone via e-mail and even if you do eventually manage to get a reply it's a complete opposite of what they told you in store, so the confusion is real. English is also a huge problem and not knowing their portfolio of products is another big no.

Not worth it

Bought online a bunch of things, now 11 days later they didn't even ship the items yet, also don't answer emails.

Poor/deceiving service

Bought an item as a gift. Asked the store personnel if the item could be returned for a cash refund (if the receiver didn't like it). They said off course, no problem. Went to return the item (unopened packaging, receipt) and they suddenly said we don't do cash refunds. The only reason I bought it was because they promised a cash refund. On top of the many other reviews with refund issues, I'd advice anyone to stay away from CASA if you expect a fair customer service.
