I dont know what issues other peope have, IMHO it is very good.
I dont know what issues other people have, but claude is the best AI for my kind of work and i didnt find anything better. I use it for creative copywriting for small to medium business websites. It is not halucinating, it is not filling the missing informations with incorrect crap like chatgpt, and it does exactly what i need it to do. Following prompts and doing what its told to do in them. Excelent work with documents in projects, where it actually sticks to the data in documents, instead of chatgpt that is forgetting about the document existence in the middle of the conversation.
The Pain I am Living With
I have been using one of the paid versions on a browser and on my iPad. The app functions totally different on these two interfaces which is expected however, I think at lease some of the core features should work e.g. being able to properly compile the book into a finish product. I started out using chat GPT but I ran into some major issues. So I did some YouTube research and came across Claude ai. At first, it seamed to meet my needs but as I push it. The consistency was very poor. I think if someone is paying for something. It should be consistently effective at what it does. It is not a matter of proper prompting I supply it with what it needs to produce what I want. I get exactly what i need from Chat GPT. Claude ai is just not handling the work properly e,g. its compiling a book with a hyperlinked table of contents. It really struggles. It tries and tries still to no avail. This is my painful issue, if you tell me I am allotted so much daily and weekly limits and the tool can't seem to get the assigned task right then my conclusion is the creators want to steal my earnest dollar. It takes so long to get the assigned task correct that before you know it you have maxed out your weekly limited without getting much done. I like the app, I really do because I can see the vision. It has the potential to be a great tool if it can iron out some of its major shortcomings. I just named the one that pains me the most.

Been a consistent user of Claude for some time. My whole ecosystem built around it. Within a few weeks, token costs have got ridicules, no changes. Even after massive hygiene audits to reduce token costs, makes no difference. While they have not realised price increases, they clearly have. This has affected my trust anthropic and I’ve decided to move away. Frustrating as my whole pipeline is built around it. I completely agree if we want a good product we need to pay what’s it’s worth, I want to pay, but when it’s outpacing the cost of employees it doesn’t become worth it. Additionally, I have contacted anthropic twice for suppprt on the matter in case I’m missing something, ignored, no response. But most of all I don’t want to work with companies I can’t trust.
Misleading Pricing and Extremely Expensive for Poor Results
I checked the website pricing for Claude Experiences and decided to subscribe, including some extra options. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The pricing feels very misleading. Charges seem to change based on the number of lines of code, and a lot of the time the system is just waiting or returning incorrect results. In only three days, I ended up spending around $300, and much of that was for responses that were wrong or unusable. This has been one of the riskiest AI tools I’ve used. I regularly use Copilot and Cursor, and I’ve never seen unpredictable charges like this with those tools. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this tool for development work. At this point, hiring a developer would likely be cheaper and far more reliable than using a tool that produces inconsistent results while charging unpredictably.

Terrible and a joke that Ai is intelligent. Constantly misreads, misinterprets, unnecessarily and dangerously narrates, immensely time consuming and wastes so time and energy and can be stressful when you need to keep correcting it. It apologises but keeps making the same mistakes over and over. It often replies with "Oh Shit" - most inappropriate. My kids are now saying it all the time. Appalling really all round. Shame on its programmers.
Frustrating service with frequent downtime and strict limits
I’ve been trying to use Claude AI for my projects, but the service is constantly going down, which interrupts my workflow. On top of that, they recently added a weekly message cap, making it nearly unusable for serious work. For a platform that claims to support professional use, these limitations and instability are unacceptable. I hope they improve uptime and rethink the restrictive limits.

Missleading subscription naming. How is the Pro subscription limited after 3 requests? This is not pro this is fraudulent IMO.
