A good website I use for work trips. Easy to navigate, staff are friendly and helpful.However with work accounts Click Travel staff weren't able to change my email address log in when I changed my surname and was given a new email address at work. This meant my employer had to create a new account for me (which takes time in a big company) and the bookings under my previous name/email address could no longer be accessed and were lost. Something for Click Travel to look into improving so to better streamline their service.read more
