APPAULING SERVICE ON REFUNDS

This company has appalling customer service. It really is very poor to hide behind Covid 19 after all this time.I appreciate staff may be working from home but really, you cannot talk to anyone, emails are ignored and they sit holding you money in their bank accounts. I think I may need the services of Martin Lewis the money guru to help me get my refund. I purchased tickets for Kew the Music Van Morrison gig for 6th July, and a picnic hamper, however it has now been postponed to 2022. I only found out about this fact in the press, not from Seetickets, I have applied twice for a refund as I cannot attend the new date. To date they have written advising they would get back to me in 28 days, that was 55 days ago !! Come on See Tickets pull your finger out. I want my refund.read more

Quick, easy and efficient service to use to book tickets. I do object to being charged £4.95 booking fee per ticket,plus £1 'order processing fee' and another'£1.50 ' fulfillment fee. Although I realise there are costs involved in administration of ticket selling - you book online without any interaction with humans, you print the tickets at home so not entirely sure what I spent the £17.35 on........read more
