The best ethical energy company with fantastic service
I’ve been with Ecotricity for nearly two years and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Not only is my energy 100% green — which makes me feel like I’m doing something genuinely positive for the planet — but their customer service is also brilliant. They proactively review my Direct Debit about every six months and, on three occasions, they’ve written to suggest reducing my fixed monthly amount, which feels incredibly fair and customer-focused. I’ve chosen to keep my payments the same because I use more energy in winter, and every time I’ve replied they’ve actioned my request within 24 hours. They’re also open 7 days a week, which makes it so easy to get help when you need it. A genuinely helpful, proactive and super responsive energy company — I’d absolutely recommend them

Fantastic customer service, they answer the phone promptly, listen to the issue raised and address it promptly. This is now such a rare standard it is a delight to find a company that offers first class customer service.

I am a new customer to Ecotricity and there has been a few hic ups but the customer service team has been very helpful so far. A big shout out especially to Richard. He has been so patient , replying to emails on a SUNDAY! I was well impressed. I think I’ve made the right choice switching to ecotricity because not only is my rate fair and it’s a much greener way, but dealing with the team is actually a pleasure and I know I am valued. Easy switch on a competitive price. Actually a supplier that offers deep green and divests profits back into renewable projects rather than shareholders' pockets. I'd recommend Ecotricity as the up and coming provider.
