Elcykelpunkten
Today I went to the Elcykelpunkten in Kungsholmen to have my bike installed. The manager Loo did everything quickly and didn't even charge me. I am very happy to receive such a kind and friendly service. From now on, I will go here for all kinds of problems related to bicycles. Thanks to her again.

I bought an electric bike. I am very pleased with both the delivery and customer service contacts. delivery time approx. 10 days.
Sketchy and Disorganized Company
I purchased an ebike from this company in August. The delivery went well and I was satisfied with the bike. However, my bike was stolen. One of the reasons I purchased from here was that they offered 3 months free insurance with Solid, with the option to extend to a year. I selected this option and assumed the bike and purchase was registered with this service. Well, my bike has now been stolen and Elcyckelpunkten has been completely useless and unhelpful with utilizing this insurance. They never sent me any information or confirmation that the insurance was added when purchased. Now, their customer support is talking in circles by saying that since I didn't activate Solid, I can not use it. But, since they never sent me the details, I never had a chance to sign up with Solid. Overall, the customer support here is horrible and they do not care about doing right by customers. Their whole attitude is "figure it out and tough luck." Will not be buying from here again.
Total lack of care
Purchased my first bike online back in June 2023. A case for this Batavus bike has been opened quickly for 3 cooling box issues, the last repair taking more than 8 months to finally lead to the replacement of this Batavus bike, by a new bike, this time from the brand Ecoride. This bike from Ecoride is now on repair since the middle of September 2024 due to an e19 fault (speed sensor fault) that was confirmed by your employees at the Fridhemsplan store. 2 weeks repair was announced. Not getting news, I emailed them on December 9th (see attachement), without response. Not having heard anything from them, I went to the store in the end of December. The exact same employees were actually about to contact me to tell me that they cannot reproduce the issue and that I can have my bike back. I told them that the issue was confirmed by themselves at the time I left my bike in september and that I will not leave with a defective bike as this is now the second bike, from the same store, that is not working. The repair person indicated that he would contact me on the following monday. After 3 weeks, I haven't heard a word. As written on my last email to them, I request full refund of the initial purchase as this situation is now totally ridiculous, costly (financially as I have back then and I am now again paying public transport instead of using my bike, and timely as I have to do the customer support follow-up myself due to a lack of service since the initial purchase in 2023, resulting in two bikes, being used all together for not even 8 months ... in 2 YEARS). Now, the customer support told me they won't help as I purchased the bike in store and not online and I have to talk to the store... This is ridiculous and infuriating. Never seen anything like this. Long story short, DON'T GO THERE!

I wanted to buy an Ambassador
I wanted to buy an Ambassador, it’s out of stock everywhere but elcykelpunkten listed it as available. When I clicked the add button, new information showed up as not available, only for pre booking and deliver in a month. According to manufacturer it’s available in two months. If you cannot communicate these simple things in a fair way, what else are you up to? Please avoid
