Véritable alternative à la distribution classique, ELECTRO DEPOT couvre tous les besoins d'équipement des ménages (électro-ménager, image, son, multimédia…) et s'adresse à tous ceux qui veulent acheter utile, simple, malin et pas cher. Situés en périphérie des grandes agglomérations, les dépôts s'étendent sur des surfaces de 1.500 à 2.000 m2 et jouent la carte de la simplicité. Pas de décoration superflue, la priorité est donnée aux produits et aux prix. Les produits sont présentés sur palettes, en conditionnement et cartons d'origine. Ils sont neufs et de premier choix. En 2021, l'enseigne comptera 83 dépôts à travers la France, 10 en Belgique et 4 en Espagne, 1 site web marchand et plus de 1 500 collaborateurs. Worst company & service I have ever dealt with. The staff at the Limoges customer service centre are incredibly rude.They do not refund you for faulty products even large high cost TVs instead they offer to 'fix' them! laughable steer well clear they are completely useless. Products are cheap and nasty.

Can Take your Money But Not Deliver !

Ordered an LG 75 inch Televison for €899. It took the money off my bank account and we waited for the emails to confirm we would get one TV.Never arrived.
Called the Client Service and they said they did NOT have them. They checked the central stock and said there were none. There were some at other shops, NOT LOCAL, but could not transfer (transport them). My other electrodepot account had another request for the LG 75 Inch that had not gone through ! BUT, it was pending TWICE in my PayPal account. Subsequently, the electrodepot account said the TV was a victim of its own success and none were available.
However, go to the website and electrodepot.com will let you give them ANOTHER €900 ! Then tell you it will take 5(working) days to give you back your money. Say 1000 people order that TV then that’s nearly € 1,000,000 they have for a week of people’s money ! NEVER AGAIN ELECTRODEPOT.com !
