RIMBORSO FATICOSO - hard reimboursment
Ho ordinato 2 prodotti che erano (e sono tutt'ora disponibili). Inizialmente l’ordine è stato confermato poi mi hanno informato di non avere il prodotto è che sarei stata rimborsata. Da tre settimane ho provato a contattarli, ma senza alcun risultato. Non acquistate nulla. NON SONO ASSOLUTAMENTE AFFIDABILI AGGIORNAMENTO AL 9 AGOSTO dopo aver aperto un reclamo su ALTROCONSUMO sono stata rimborsata I ordered two products which were (and still are available on their website) first the order was ok, then they informed me they didn't have the items so I was going to get a refund. Since then I've tried to contact them many times without success. After three weeks still no refund!! update on 9th August after a complaint on Altroconsumo I've been reimboursed
Farmae: Where the Customer May Never Be Right
Company works in very lazy style. Company advertised that a grocery item was in stock and could arrive within a week to two weeks. Company did not have the item in stock, and did not contact me. Company only attempted to ship the partial order and issued partial refund. Company chose a shipper in Romania (Cargus) that held the item in Bucharest for 10 days in a warehouse without making a delivery attempt (even though they had my address and phone #) until I initiated a dispute on the charge with RF Bank. I had written and called the company and Cargus many times. In fact one time, Cargus just hung the phone up on me when I just inquired. This company (Farmae) did not respond to my messaging on the whereabouts once they thought the item was with Cargus. When my item did arrive, some of the items were damaged. It was if the box was kicked or tossed around in shipping. Awful experience. Better to avoid this company as they did not care that their product should have arrived in full after a week, but arrived in part only after a month.
This is the worst shop I‘ve ever seen
This is the worst shop I‘ve ever seen. No updates, no proper information given. You can purchase the product on the website that isn’t even available at their warehouse, then you will be fed with fake promises that they ordered the product and will ship it to you soon. And only after hundreds of messages later they will admit that nothing is going to come. Will I get my money back? I do really hope so, until then, don’t make my mistake and avoid this shop at all costs!
Ordered and paid 2x15kg dog's food
Ordered and paid 2x15kg dog's dry food. And from one day to another I've got an email that they can't send those products and I'll get the price of 1x15kg back. I wrote back that it's not correct, even I sent the invoice what I paid. No answer. And finally I wrote that I'll go to the police. Then the Admin sent that I'll get 1x15kg dog's food and the other one's price will be paid back. Bad experience.
