Poor quality and deceptive brand
I ended up ordering a custom shampoo + conditioner after searching for Prose and mistakenly clicking on their ad. Their unbranded formulation quiz enabled me to complete a purchase without even knowing I was purchasing from Formulate. I chose a voluminizing formula (I have fine hair) and it's rather horrible! My hair looks dirtier than before I washed it (oily roots) and feels like there's a waxy coating on the strands. I was also put into their subscription plan and had to email them to cancel because they have more dark UX patterns and don't allow you to cancel on the app or website. They did cancel it quickly and with no question which was very much appreciated.
Do not buy!!!
Awful company tried their shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like straw and plastic. Contacted them ok we will change the formula. I got my new formula all the same ingredients! Wasted 19 dollars and they wouldnt do anything about it 19 dollars in the trash!
