Totally shocked by the horrendous customer service! I spent over £10k on hampers without any form of discount whatsoever.When I asked the girl I spoke to sounded very regimented and not friendly or willing to help at all. I ordered a £750 hamper for me to give as a present , ordering it for next day delivery . It never arrived and nobody informed me of anything. I emailed customer service with no reply , so told them to cancel it because I needed it that day. Eventually I messaged someone on live chat , who promised me someone would be in touch. I am still waiting nearly a week later. They will certainly be missing out on orders I had lined up to give them.

Extremely poor customer service and an equally poorly designed and unusable website.Following issues with completing payment for an order I contacted customer services via live chat and they were unwilling or unable to provide any assistance. Their solution was that I would just have to start again and see if it worked. For a £200+ order on a website of this size the system should be able to identify products which are preventing the order complete rather than asking the customer to remove and re-add each product one at a time.

So I called F&M last Tuesday, regarding a system error to deliver my mother's 50th Bday present this Saturday,they said they would call me back and deal with it immediately, very nice, very polite. So I called Wednesday to confirm, same response. I called Thursday to confirm, same response. I called Friday, same response. I called this Monday (now missing the date I wanted it) No calls back, no response, never dealt with my query. So I got the item sent to my home address, as it was the only option, as I really could not be bothered to speak to someone again!!! Just a bit appalled, like it's F&M, if they don't have good customer service how are they supposed to get orders worth thousands of pounds correct!

Awful service. Hamper did not arrive. No response from F&M.

Ordered a hamper for a 50th birthday. Specified a particular date and paid extra for the delivery service.I was concerned about the timing of the delivery and contacted F&M who advised me to speak to the delivery company. In the end, however, I decided to wait and see what time-slot I was given and I received a message saying it would be delivered in the morning which was perfect. However, the parcel did not arrive. I immediately contacted F&M who did not respond to my email asking for a refund. The gift is now useless - the intended recipient is away for a week and the hamper contains food which they were supposed to take with them. I was so sure that F&M would be reliable. A birthday gift ruined. Would never use this company again. Is nothing reliable?
