A very well known broker in India with awesome charting facilities (front-end is an integration with TradingView). I've been with them for several years now and quite honestly, love them.

Performance issue
There is performance issue some time application get hung out when traffic increase. Need to improve the application performance. Most of the time unable to exit and entry on the right time during the option trade.

Very good with chart if you are a swing Trader. They have good scanners and no amc. But my self is a intraday trader faced looses around 4000 on option closing position spread which did not closed on one click had to close it manually and so 4000 loss because their system was unresponsive, another incident was 600 Rs loss tried to close a loss making position of 50 shares suddenly system freezed and when unfreezed I was down by minus 250 shares. There after I closed my trading account with, other then this everything is very good interface etc. But if you can't make money kya faida .

One of the worst brokers to deal with. They don't have any customer support available for basic requests. Their email response time varies from months to years..

I’m based out of US and got my account…
I’m based out of US and got my account opened when I was visiting India. Acct opening was pretty smooth. Now that I’m back in US , I can’t get any call agent support as their IVR doesn’t recognize US numbers. Also email support is pathetic wherein I feel the agents don’t know what’s going on. I have requested F&O trading abilities and it’s been 2 months and they keep saying they are working on it.
Worst ever
Worst ever. First they don't have a basic website functioning properly. Customer support is just a joke. Only giving false promises!!! I am about to finish the on boarding process, but in the last page, when about to digitally sign, it says, I am out of India. I wonder how pathetic will their engineering team be??? Couldn't even a build a simple website, that can detect based on the IP and find the location. Nowadays, even a noob, can built a website with that feature. VERY VERY PATHETIC AND VERY VERY ANNOYING. I tried many times and many days, but the same issue. Finally I gave up and decided not to open any account with this STUPID broker. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT EVERYWHERE, but COULDN'T EVEN BUILD A SIMPLE WEBSITE WITH THE VERY BASIC FEATURE!!!!
