These guys had a really rough beginningā¦
These guys had a really rough beginning and it's been very frustrating waiting for the old playthrough requirements to be removed I finally just reached out to support and they were amazingly quick with removing it from my account so that I was comfortable making purchases and being active on the site. They current playthrough is typical to most other platforms, I think they definitely deserve a better overall rating than the current one here. They honestly just had a rough start and I'm definitely giving them a second chance and feel that others should consider the same and also reconsider previous ratings as it is very difficult to remedy after such a hard hit. Thanks so much Gains for all your help, and like I said amazingly quick response, was literally fixed with an hour with full communication.

There are a lot of Social Casino platforms out there but Gains is proving to be one of the more TrustWorthy sites by far. Excellent customer service. It's a legitimate site
It's a legitimate site. I have personally redeemed at least $1k in total (give or take) since joining the site. Have never had an issue with redemptions and customer support has always been very prompt/helpful whenever I have had a question. Every redemption has always been received within minutes of submitting. I think the longest redemption time was approx 30mins and that was only on my first one. And they offer good promos for purchases quite often. I keep this site in my top 5 hands down.

I really don't understand all the bad reviews but I do understand we all have our own experiences. My experience has been great! Getting verified was smooth, some games have been good to me and I've had 2 small redeemtions that took less than 24 hours to hit my account. I love this site!
Best casino for redemption timeā¦..
From someone who doesn't do reviews this is by far the best experience I've had with an online casino, specifically with redemption so it is absolutely worth mentioning. What's the biggest problem with online sweepstakes casinos? For me it's ALWAYS the verification and Redemption time. I've waited so long on other websites I've cancelled the redemption and replayed it just to lose it all. Most are days at the earliest to get your funds. I logged on to Gains this morning. I spent $10 and won $100. This is typically not my MO and I would have kept going but it's Christmas and I got a be less reckless lol. I got the funds in my bank account within the hour. I still can't get over it. I've seen comments about the playthroughs but that's honestly typical. The difference seems to be that Gains explains it with a broken down graph. And it also makes sense .....if you get $50 in bonuses from a $20 deposit then they're just making sure it gets played. There is the option not to do the promotion so personally I just don't do it. Other places don't tell you anything until you try to redeem and then you have your balance and profit wiped with no explanation. I'm a fan Gains .....and right after Christmas I'm coming back lol. Seriously though.....still in shock about how quick that process was.

Do not trust this site!!!! So at first i was able to redeem small amounts like everyone else , I was testing the water to see if it was worth trusting. Got my small redemptions processed so I decided to try my normal style of play. Made a bigger deposit of 8,500 and had some ups and downs during my session and finally got it to about 11,000 then I tried to cashout 5,000 of it and instantly my cashout was canceled and my account was banned. When I tried to reach out and figure out what happened they told me gains.com was for recreational players only and I was a non recreational player and I forfeit my funds. So you mean to tell me because I deposited the amount that you let me and played the bet sizes that exist on your website Iām a non recreational player??? Clearly itās just a ploy to keep my money and not pay me. Had I lost it all Iām sure they would have continued to let me deposit more. Yes Iām aware they will cash out small amounts but even then if you read through the reviews here you will see so many people getting banned for even trying to redeem smaller amounts let alone bigger amounts. This site is clearly scamming people. Trying to get in touch with a real person is almost impossible unless you catch them when they happen to be around their laptop or computer checking emails it seems , which just proves even more how homegrown this site is and with that being said Iām almost sure when they scam someone the money goes back into their pocket or balance because maybe thatās how they make their money or maybe they donāt even have enough money to pay out bigger amounts. Either way do not trust them. I have played on so many sites throughout the years that you can actually trust , I have won big Iāve lost big but I never once have had a site just blatantly scam me like gains.com did. They have completely ruined my mental health with the distress this has caused me. Read through all the reviews here , this has happened to so many people using this platform and that should tell you everything you need to know. Wish I would of dug deeper before trusting them. I have screenshots and documentation of everything because I do that with any site when making deposits and redemptions , even have them of my wins.
