They don’t care at all
They don’t care at all. There’s no other way to put it. Avoid by all costs if you can. Terrible support, terrible customer service. I mean.. just look at their other ratings. Would give zero stars if possible.
They lock you up for 3 years
They lock you up for 3 years! Be very careful what you’re stepping to. The wifi, firewall and router service they offer is absolutely useless.
Terrible terrible terrible customer…
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Emails disappear, over a month has past since I approached about slow internet speeds and I’ve had.. 2 replies. I have zero confidence that I will hear back from them if I have an issue which I seem to have many. The only reason that I’m with them is because they’re the only company that is allowed to run fiber to my office. I hate that I’m stuck dealing with these slow, incompetent, useless *****. And the icing on the cake.. they’re incredibly expensive. Get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really bad service by customer care
Really bad service by customer care, no replies to emails and no one followed up for the case number, they don't care for their customers, customer service is irresponsible and lethargic. I have made several follow ups and each agent gave me different information. We could not meet our business targets due to no response from Global Connect.
They blame the customer, when their fiber line is down
This company can collapse any moment. They have the most unstable fiber-connection, and even when they have an issue with their own installation, they blame the customer. I have never experienced anything as unprofessional as this. Stay away, choose another company for your infrastructure needs (I'm an IT-Professional).
