Cancelled Broadband Easy
Been with gomo mobile for some 5 or 6 years on mobile with no issues. Recently applied for their 29.99 broadband for life, and when the engineer arrived he discovered it could not be installed in our building. Seeing the reviews here and everyone's bad experiences with customer service I was worried about having to cancel the order, but was pleasantly surprised. We contacted customer service, who advised us to just click the cancel order button through the app, which would become available as soon as the engineer inputted his assessment, which was a few hours later, and we would be refunded within 5 days, which we were. Engineer was out on the 25th and we were refunded on the 29th.
Broadband review
Have been a gomo mobile user for over a year now. No complaint. I go to holidays in the west of ireland and my previous provider Vodafone had no reception there. Excellent coverage with gomo. Just gone to the broadband with wifi booster. Difference in 360 a year in price with vodafone. 463 mbs download with a 50mbs upload speed currently. Installation easy.

Been with GoMo for about 6 years now! And never no issues. I usually go over the 120GB FUP but still end up with exceptional speeds and no loss of service. Used to be with Three and they were so bad for service, especially calls and data! GoMo is basically a better eir as it runs on their network but without the price annual price hikes. If you’re thinking about switching, go for it!

Just changed my broadband to new gomo broadband, 29.99 for life, it was installed yesterday and so far Internet is so good and fast, vodafone was 50 euro a month so no brainer best move for my home, happy out

Too difficult to get access to an agent; not all agents even know what they are doing; the 'contact us' on the website only brings you to a cancellation option... I could go on...
Poor customer support access
Been with Gomo for about 5 years now and haven't had any service issues so far. However, they've now made it impossible to contact them - the chatbot is the only means and it won't direct you to a human if it can't answer your question. Had to search the internet for a contact email and send the query to that. I'd have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor customer support access.
Terrible provider
Bad mobile service, awful customer support. SMS service stopped working for a week. They blamed my SIM and other things for days until they finally admitted it was a network outage on their end. My latest attempt at getting support results in an endless loop with a bot that will not connect me to a human.

Zero stars!!! Totally frustrated. Have had an account for years and no issues! Now phone stolen and no way to replace eSIM or contact anyone. Chat bot useless. eSIM replacement/purchase option gone (have they stopped using them??) No means to contact any human. Their old support email not working. If you hit contact on web it brings you through to cancel your account. Is this what they want???? Frustrated and confused. Would never recommend them again. Plenty of good competitors on the market now.
