I contacted GTT over a month ago to…

I contacted GTT over a month ago to report a serious issue in which GTT’s infrastructure is clearly involved as part of the delivery chain. I was instructed to submit the matter via GTT’s official abuse reporting form and was explicitly told it would be handled. I followed these instructions precisely. The first abuse report received no response. The second abuse report also received no response. After repeated follow-ups, I was told that GTT had not received any abuse complaint, despite the fact that I had received automated confirmation emails proving successful submission. I provided these confirmations and requested escalation and proper handling. At that point, all communication stopped. This goes far beyond a simple delay or internal confusion. It demonstrates a fundamental breakdown — or unwillingness — to process abuse reports when GTT’s own infrastructure is involved. Ignoring documented complaints while continuing to provide network services raises serious questions about accountability and due diligence. GTT’s own Terms of Service prohibit the type of misuse that was reported, yet no visible action, investigation, or acknowledgment has occurred. From the outside, this appears less like an operational issue and more like willful inaction. For a global network provider, failing to respond to verified abuse reports is not just disappointing — it is alarming. This experience seriously undermines confidence in GTT’s abuse handling processes and their commitment to enforcing their own policies.

Wholesale partner Experience Truly Awful!

As a wholesale partner of GTT I was shocked at how unprofessional they are. I tried ringing the Nottingham office and the agent hung up the phone twice before answering in an unprofessional tone at my 3rd attempt. I have been attempting to get an Ethernet renewal quote and despite multiple chases am still waiting on a response its been 10 days now!
