This is the second review covering my one order and I've upgraded the experience to four stars.After a few hiccups regarding the order status and delivery, the sunglasses arrived today. The four-week wait was worth it. Nice quality frames and the lenses are crystal clear. Good packaging too.
Now that I know the delivery time, I'll probably order again and set my expectation level accordingly.

I purchased glasses from this site recently. The Northweek Regis Southbank were advertised as polarizing lenses,however they are not polarising. False Advertising. I tried to maneuver through their customer service portal however I cannot add the product code as they do not have it on the site. I contacted via email address however that email sent me back to their faulty customer service portal which does not accept the product code of my purchase. Do not use this site.

I purchased a few sunglasses from them years ago and just recently purchased another batch.They are wonderful quality and I got my items in record time - next day shipping from Spain to UK with no extra cost is pretty amazing. Honestly can't fault them - the company or the sunglasses themselves. I normally get polarised / anti glare ones, which really make a difference to my sensitive eyes. I don't have any experience with returns etc, as this was never needed in my case. All in all, I'm very happy with this brand and will return for more in the future I'm sure.

I bought 4 pairs of glasses. They arrived in perfect condition. Very good quality for the price i bought them.Very Fast shipping. 15/02 i made the order. 17/02 the packages were shipped. 3/3 i received them. The only problem is that you cant track your parcel. I will buy again for sure. Good job
