Hireavilla is one of the best property management companies in Goa, India and they have taken excellent care in managing my vacation rental villa and consistently helping me gain strong ROI on my investment. I'm delighted with the way they manage my villa in North Goa listing it on Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and Marriotts amongst others. Dictatorship behaviour
Once you do the payment they dictate their terms and condition. Every problem you convey them on email/ message, they have a nicely polished ai kind of reply to it. While booking they will say breakfast including. Post booking they will mention on mail saying ingredients have to be paid by guest. No up to the mark resolution to other issues also. Avoid this company at any cost.
