It is a very good and clever scamming website. They take a lot of money while booking the tickets (especially the "Alternate Travel Plan Charge". If you cancel the ticket, they will only refund the amount that IRCTC returns (after deducting the fees and charges that IRCTC generally deducts). However, they will not refund your Alternate Travel Plan Charge, which is actually huge. Not even some percentage. Complete 100% they will deduct. I would suggest a better book on the IRCTC website or app. DO NOT USE THIS FISHING WEBSITE

I opted for their 'Travel Guarantee'/Alternate Travel Plan, which advertised a 2X/3X refund. The Facts: > 1. My ticket remained waitlisted, but instead of a monetary refund for the 'guarantee' portion, I was issued a restricted coupon. 2. This coupon had an extremely short validity (7 days) and conditions that were not clearly highlighted at the time of purchase. 3. Attempts to reach customer support via their official email failed as the emails were not delivered/working. In my opinion, the marketing of this 'Guarantee' is misleading because the 'refund' is not a return of money but a credit with impossible usage terms. This is a clear deficiency in service. I advise users to read the fine print carefully and consider booking directly through IRCTC to avoid high service fees and unhelpful support."
