I had a great experience with Holidog - I needed to find someone to look after my Cocker Spaniel dog over Christmas, and the girl who looked after him was fantastic. She really looked after him well and sent daily updates and photos. He had a great time and obviously adored her. Thanks Stefanie and thanks Holidog!
Holidog site was really easy to negivgate
Holidog site was really easy to navigate through . The services they offer are second to none . We paid the membership and were kept updated with what the next steps were . There are lots of dog sitters and walkers on their site so we were able to message a few to determine who was a good fit for our dog . The vets insurance is also a really great service giving extra peace of mind . We will 100% be using this service again and will be recommending to friens and family .

#2160908 Kirsty an Al are absolutely FABULOUS , couldn't wished for a more lovelier family to look after our 2 pugs whilst we were away , they kept us updated with pictures and to be completely honest they seemed well and truly loved and cared..We definitely going to book them as we are off again very soon, i truly and highly recommend them to all pet owners looking for a loving caring friendly family

I am looking for a good reliable person to watch my fur baby whilst away on holiday, someone suggested I look on holiday, so haven’t actually used them yet but in the process
Very poor customer service
I was able to find some good sitters, but none of them had prior references and they all come from another site. Several wanted much more than the rates stated. The service renewed a week early without a warning and it seems to be impossible to get a response from their customer service in regards to a refund or change in plan.
