Hostex is an excellent affordable tool! I manage one short-term rental that’s listed on multiple OTAs and it really helps simplify things. Love the integrations, Host GPT responses to respond to guest messages in a timely manner, automations, and the customer service is typically very responsive and helpful. Their AI responses for customer service are on point and when more assistance is needed, reps are helpful.
Best value option out there!
The best value option available! After a lengthy search for a new PMS we decided to go for Hostex due to both their value for money, and the features we needed to manage our 20+ listing business. So far they've been great! Support has been very quick and very helpful which is massive! It's obviously not as feature-rich as some of it's more expensive competitors, and a few things seem to be missing, but they have already implemented one suggestion, and I've been told they're currently working on another. Hopefully they'll be able to implement it soon as I'm sure a lot of hosts would benefit from it.
Hostex has made my hosting experience BETTER
Hostex has made my hosting experience A LOT more optimized. With their channel managers, it helped me save time from going to one platform to another. So far, my experience has been positive although there are still a few things for improvement like the message syncing with the platforms. But overall, I would highly recommend!

Easy to use even for first time PMS user
