Best Service among all Providers in Austria. Support usually without waiting Queue. Amazing cheap for that service. Probably Not 99% Mobile Network quality Like A1, but with 96% still Amazing.Most critics Here are in my Opinion bought and Faked. Hot usually has Few GB Reserve for free after you use your Limit. Seems Like Most critics with 1 Star never really Used hot.

I want to port my number, but this company's card cannot be used outside Austria. I applied for a refund, but their customer service refused to refund my payment card for various reasons. They could only refund the money to the balance of the SIM card. I don't want to use this number anymore, so why did they refund it to the SIM card? They are so disgusting. I have been charged multiple times in…
I have been charged multiple times in the same day for a service I did not use. This can be seen on your bill, which shows several consecutive charges at almost the same time. It seems illogical to charge multiple consecutive fees for a service that was not provided to me. At the time of the charges I was not in Austria and did not receive service from HOT, but from a local provider. Therefore, I requested that the unjustified charges be canceled and only the regular new fees be charged to my account - but they refused to refund me.
