Best price for the shoes I was looking for. Fast delivery with good communication about the delivery status (which is mainly due to the delivery service, not I-run...). Got the products as ordered.
Fast and reliable
I found a shoe that I liked at their website. I read from trust pilot that they had very mixed feedback and I first decided not at buy the shoe. I then found out that I-run have a physical shop close to where I live and I decided to give their web shop a try using a insured credit card. The experience was good. Shoes arrived this morning as they informed me. The shoes re correct, new and nothing to complain about.

Chronopost lost the shipment
The delivery service (Chronopost) lost the first shipment, but i-Run processed the cancellation before their dispute with Chronopost was resolved and refunded the costs. The second order arrived in Germany withing two days.
