Intrum Oy works on unethical…
Intrum Oy works on unethical principles. If you double pay, they don´t pay you back like other companies. You have to claim it back by a cumbersome process via a web site. Where you have to key in case number, return number, the sum, your acct number, your name. ALL OF IT WHICH THEY ALREADY KNOW. Why don`t they just return the money as any other business? Because they want to keep the money,
These guys say one thing and do another…
These guys say one thing and do another very unprofessional be very careful dealing with these guys get everything in writing do not I repeat do not believe these guys the customer services are the worst I've experienced. I'm trying to get a remortgage to get rid of these amateurs very very bad bad company.
Playing ball with intrum doesn’t work
Playing ball with intrum doesn’t work, they will either way try to pull one on you. I’m happy with paying delaying fees, but not if you don’t send me the bill itself, and later come with higher delays and claim that a customer was making up not receiving the first one. They should be under surveillance.
A shame for our planet
Nobody likes Intrum and similar companies, that's natural, because the circumstances are always negative. But even so, Intrum is a terrible experience, no matter what your dealings with them is. Today I tried to deal with them again, which I dreaded, but I never got hold of them. The queue was too long, could not get thru and I don't have all day to sit and wait for these banksters to answer. How could it come to this? How could humanity come to create companies like this?
by far the most unprofessional and unethical company
For over nine months, Intrum has been harassing me with an unjustified claim. The login details they sent to access the supposed documentation don’t even work. Despite several phone calls and written requests, they have refused to provide any proof or documentation supporting their demand. Instead of clarifying the matter, they keep sending new letters — each one threatening legal action and adding more questionable fees. To make things worse, their letters are dated so far back that it would be impossible to meet any deadline even if the claim were legitimate. This is by far the most unprofessional and unethical company I’ve ever dealt with in Switzerland. Their entire business model seems to be based on intimidation and fear. Shame on Intrum and on anyone who supports these practices. After all the time and stress they’ve caused me, I should be the one charging them.
Beware Intrum Mortgages fraud
Beware Intrum Mortgages they are fraudulent company and they don’t stick to policies. Double check your mortgage statements because several times have paid money into my mortgage and it was not reflecting on my Mortgages statement. I was wondering why my mortgage was not reducing. In September l paid 4 times and only two payments reflected on my statement. This is not the first time they have committed fraud.stay away from these fraudster Company it’s the worst company l have ever come across.
