been with them quite sometime now 5devices added i was offered a mono defense went and orders it its not showing up as extra 5 devices on top would like hand with my account has tie backs on my email i buy it due to uk online censorship that came into the effect on 25th this month in uk. would like you guys to help me out i did get KeepSolid MonoDefense bundle it should updated my slots up to ten devices with long side bundles too this review will have tie back to my main email account more welcome help me out from there i would highly recommend them.
Cleary able to design & develop quality mobile & web apps
We are in discussions with KeepSolid (and a few competitors) to design & develop a CRM & CMS backbone with both a mobile (Multi-Platform App) & web front end. We are impressed by the quality of KeepSolid's proposal and especially their questions & comments during the preparation. Our budget is constrained but during the online meetings we've had over the last month we have become convinced that KeepSolid would be able to design & develop a quality system.
KeepSolid - Super Support
I have been using the KeepSolid VPN for a couple of years. The team are there 24/7 to help and always sort out problems, and answer all my questions - even the simple ones. I have read reviews on many sites saying their VPN does not work and they can't watch USA TV networks with it. Most networks block VPN access, so people then blame KeepSoild. People need to invest in a KeepSolid SmartDNS to access USA steaming content. KeepSolid are there to assist you with all their products every step of the way. So, if you purchase their VPN or DNS, then access their live support, they will guide you every step of the way - also providing you with links for future reference, and a transcript of your chat. If you want products with unrivalled support, then KeepSolid is the company for you.
The name speaks for itself
The name speaks for itself, very decent VPN client and service. I got a deal for 40 $ lifetime subscription, can't beat the price. VNP also performs very well, easily reaching my original speeds, which is 250Mb down and about 15Mb Up. Blocks Facebook tracking, which is big plus.
ip addresses are abused and non-functioning
IP addresses are abused ... many websites have blocked the ip addresses used by KeepSolid. Sometimes their VPN service drops out leaving you unexpectedly exposed to those you want to mask your identity from. Updates are a joke ... more often than not, the update malfunctions and you need to delete the recently installed drivers and software and reinstall it fresh from their website. Customer service response is to placate you ... they won't/don't address the issues. They just keep offering the same crappy platform ... I recommend trying another VPN ... after 3 years I'm not renewing my subscription ... the service was okay for the price, but now that they've raised the price, and with all the issues, its not worth what they are asking for the service. Bottom line, they do not maintain their ip addresses; others buy new ip addresses once they are burnt by folks using them for nefarious purposes, but not KeepSolid ... they are anything but "solid."
VPN Personal Server - KeepSolid.com
Two days ago I purchased VPN Personal Server in India, Karnataka region. Immediately I tested its speed. It was just giving me 1/10th of the speed of the regular shared VPN server for that region. Customer Service then assigned me another server. The second time also I got the same speed - 1/10th of the regular server. Then I was told that I was assigned another server that was physically located elsewhere in India and the tech team told me that it had high speeds. I again tested the speed. This time it gave me 1/100th of the speed. Immediately I reported it to the customer service and asked for a refund. The cost was USD 500.00. I was eventually given the refund. The customer service also acknowledged that they had poor experience with Indian server hosters. So request all potential customers to wait for sometime before you buy Indian Personal Server.
I bought an abo lifetime for 5 devices…
I bought an abo lifetime for 5 devices having to log in on all of them or sometimes even just on 4 - this when I need VPN most. this way it's an useless app ! to contact them is a challenge and even if you get there, you never get any REAL help
Poor speeds
Poor speeds, most of the free ones are faster. No comparison to the top 5 VPN providers.
