Anthony Pomplinano just did a YouTube video with, I believe, the CEO of this company. They offer Bitcoin-backed loans at 5% which is the best rate I've seen anywhere. I went to their site, joined in about 5 minutes, and sent some Bitcoin to try it out. You can also buy Bitcoin on the site with zero fees. So far, this company appears to be legitimate and would be great for someone who needs cash but doesn't want to sell their Bitcoin.

Useless use interface and sloppy support
If they ever respond to a support request, it might take weeks. Their user interface is so terrible it simply isn't possible to understand what to do, what can be done or how to do it. I don't think they are scammers, they just expect their users to guess how their crazy user interface is supposed to work. They use the term "dollar" everywhere, even when they mean euro. Their KYC process is terrible, very time consuming and non pedagogic.

Distance yourself from this company, as they are fraudulent and will simply deceive you, urging you to commit additional capital before failing you in the end. I faced a cash‑out issue, yet 𝖾𝗍𝗁𝗂𝖼𝖺𝗅𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗏𝖾𝗋 fixed it efficiently. I discovered them, and I’m thankful for their excellent assistance.
Terrible Lava. It's not bank. Money stealer.
I had a terrible experience with Lava.xyz. The sign-up and initial setup went smoothly without any fees. But immediately after my payment processed, my account was blocked and my payment is not refunded. And I was unable to resolve issue. The customer support team is just a gesture. I am sharing this to help others to proceed with caution before making any payments. I recommend not to use this Lava.xyz. This is a money stealer platform.
Bad customer experience
This company can't provide trusted service. They just notified my account got blocked and didn't return my payment, even no reply. I never experienced such poor customer service.
May be a Scam website
Lava supposedly provides a way of changing your Bitcoin assets into US dollars or other Fiat National currencies as well as buy Bitcoin. If you want to deposit US dollars they only allow you to do so via bank wire. However they do not provide a business address, a contact phone number, a working email address, and no online chat support. If you take the time to do a Google search about information on this company you will find almost no information or the names of the business owner or executives. Given the above I think it would be very unwise to do business with this firm.
