Good Product but Poor After sales Services
I have call at customer care for 10 times, but they never picked up my call not event call back, I have WhatsApp several messages but get reply 2 out of 10 messages No technician available for Installation, not get right wire for installation Using Letstrack GPS in 2 nd Car, but this it’s worst experience

Two of the trackers order don’t work
Two of the trackers order don’t function at all. Even after repeated customer service request no one is able to rectify the problem. No replies to query raised no call back.
Doesn’t work - neither the device nor the customer service
I have bought a OBD GPS tracker for my car from Amazon. Having gone through the difficult process of activating the device now I am made to struggle again for over a week to get the device working. I was promised a technician’s visit on 18th Oct 2025 but no one turned up or called. The call centre is absolutely a disaster. They don’t connect to an agent and neither attend to the assured call back! Would strongly advise people to avoid this product till someone responsible takes a corrective steps to improve.
