I use Livestorm at least twice a week
I use Livestorm at least twice a week. It works fine and it makes me able to reach out to customers from all over Sweden. Almost every time I’ll get positive feedback from the attendees. Have been using the service for more then three years now.

Great design, invitation process, handling events. Also nice AI review of event. Some development should be on video streaming quality of presenters.
STAY AWAY FROM LIVESTORM!
Seriously the biggest mistake we’ve ever made was purchasing Livestorm’s platform. It’s nothing but a business trap built around a subscription you can’t get out of. Also, take note that ALL of their reviews here on Trustpilot are from profiles with only one review. Please, promise me you won’t buy access to Livestorm — you will regret it…
Avoid - major price increases for loyal customers
Livestorm has been good until very recently, when they decided to drastically increase our annual renewal price, from just under £3,000 per year, to $13,000 per year, or $7,000 if we commit to a three year contract. That's close to a 350% increase, unless we take the longer term, in which case we're 'rewarded' with a 200% increase. We have been a loyal customer for around 4 years. We're now looking for a new webinar platform provider, but I wanted to let anyone considering Livestorm know that this has been our experience as a loyal customer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Horrible service
Horrible service. not convenient and not intuitive control panel! costs a lot, but at the same time constant freezes and delays, plus video quality is disgusting. do not recommend!
