Despite all the negative reviews, I had a good experience with Lyko, ordered Sunday, goods arrived on Wednesday, in Germany.
Got a refund and kept the perfume !
Recently I ordered a perfume from the store. A small amount of perfume was missing from the bottle but it wasnt their fault because the packaging was sealed. Propably a factory problem. They refunded me the whole amount of money and I kept the perfume. Very good service.

I have ordered creams on Lyko website for the 1st time. Had a good experience on their website, got very good deal on Lumene. Product delivered 2 days after an in a good packaging. Will order there again.
Incredible service
I’ve ordered from them multiple times and their delivery times are just incredible. They get on your order directly and are fast to ship it! My recent package was “delayed” from an issue with the postal service and it still arrived in 2!!! Days! They really prove that fast deliveries can be made. I could buy have bought my recent order from the local shop 20 minutes from me, but chose Lyko as their customer service is just incredible. I never write reviews but I definitely had to give them the review they deserve.

So first of all the shipping was super fast I ordered it to Oslo and it arrived in 2 working days, I opened the box and made a small mistake where they put (The ordinary UV Filters SPF 45 Serum 60 ml), Instead of (The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA Serum 30 ml), I reached out to them and in a day they sent me the new parcel and they told me that I can keep the other products as well without the need to return them It's my second time using them, and I definitely will keep using them on the future 100% trusted 💪. Amazing experience
The personal was extremely great with a bright and happy personality which made my experience amazing. I was also helped with finding products on a budget but of good quality.
Long detour
The products took a while to come and I ordered 3 products but only received 2. After email with Aleksandra from customer service a detour to find out about the payment transaction. It would have saved time if I got directly good advice to check my bank account and look for the amount and the other name of the payment it was placed under. This came after my detour experience; calling ideal and my bank. Finally I found out the refund was paid and Lyko didn’t charge me for the 3 products I ordered. I think this is a point that can definitely be improved. For the rest the communication went well and I am glad it worked out.
