Non existent leadership management
Non existent tech support, particularly for streaming tv channels support or use of terrestrial digital tv services. Hopeless fibre internet contract support for management & termination of services with or without address move. The entire Austrian exec mgmt should be sacked.
I have never used a more buggy service
their wifi is great but the website and app is insanely buggy its a shame. i can set a password. i cant use my primary email but needed to use another email address for whatever reason. i contacted the support already multiple times and even though i am a paying customer they didnt fix it over the last 4 weeks.
Magenta has been absolutely poor
Magenta has been absolutely poor, countless times trying to fix simple issues has turned into hours of my time on call and still to no avail. Absolutely useless company would not recommend. Tie you into contracts, the internet doesn't even work anymore and they wont fix it and still want us to pay....
Stone Age
MagentaTV is by far the worst streaming service experience I’ve had. Overcomplicated activation, endless requests for phone numbers and account details, incompetent call centers, and despite paying, the streaming still doesn’t work. Instead of solving the issue, support tells you to delete cookies and repeat useless steps. Compared to Sky, WOW, or Apple TV, this service feels outdated and extremely poorly managed.
Worst internet service ever they are…
Worst internet service ever they are scammers when it comes to payments their internet is not working alsmot ever and their service is such a like they present themselves proudly 24/7 when there is some issues but they only online for like couple ours from Monday to Friday drunig morning time a waste of a company i hope they go down the drain

I wish i could rate it as minus 5. This is an awful company. Awful service and extremely expensive.
Borked in less than a year (contract running since 2023)
When the contract is awesome for the 1st few months, and then gets more expensive each year while the performance is getting worse and worse is literally punishable. I am unable to watch any twitch stream or stream myself without the game made me jumping around for no reason. Not even YouTube can be played without buffering at 480p
No payment transparency.
No payment transparency. They claim that they made an attempt for a direct debit and that my bank refused the attempt. Later on they asked me for a late payment fee plus the due amount. I contacted both my bank and the magenta service. My bank was collaborative and claim that no attempt was made to my account for a direct debit. They claim a generic error from their side triggered by an “electronic feedback from my bank”. This has resulted into a payment request of 10 euros whiteout giving me a fair chance to pay the due amount in time and with no clear explanation on why this was triggered.
