Outright scammers—avoid like the plague

Honestly, I don't know what else to say that hasn't already been pointed out by the other 1-star reviews.Movistar are outright scammers. After requesting discontinuation of service, they continued to bill first my father, then my neighbour and now me. In my particular case, they broke up my broadband+mobile+landline package into three separate services and started billing me for each of them individually at obscene premium rates. A quick search on their forum reveals this is actually the norm, they continue billing former customers because many take time to realize they are being robbed. They imagine they are making millions of euros off the elderly this way. I bounced all their undue bills and now they I'm getting threats in the mail from them. It seems when they make their intentional mistakes we have to act like it's all cool, but when we don't agree they come at you like a pack of wolves. My elderly dad had services he didn't request automatically added to his contract and was billed for nearly a year without his knowledge. Their phone support is complete garbage, they put you on a queue for ages and then you always get to talk to someone in South America over a crappy VOIP connection that makes it very hard to understand. Their invoices are riddled with gray areas. It doesn't matter I've you've majored in mathematics, you will not be able to arrive at the figures they somehow generate, they basically expect you to trust them. Avoid these scammers AT ALL COSTS. Go with a different company if you can. I switched my dad to Lowi and they are awesome. I'm switching soon, too. Right b/\stards...

Avoid them. They are lowlife scammers. They will charge you hidden cost. The cancellation is a disaster to do.They are telephonica who is the biggest scammers in Spain. If you value your money and time put this one in your trash list

Terrible service - it cuts out far too many times, asks me for my password every time I start watching,does not recognise my password, is full of adverts and shows lots of programs that I do not have access to and I do not know how to find out if i have access or not, so I end up trying to watch to be told i cannot. The people who made this user interface need re-trained.

Beware! This is undoubtedly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Awarding one star is too generous for this company.There is absolutely no way of resolving any issues with the service and they will continue taking your money even when they are not providing you with a service. Save yourself a lot of frustration and choose another supplier.

Movistar are the worst company to deal with and if you have an alternative provider I would suggestyou go with them. Customer service and technical departments for over 5 weeks have yet to get our internet working to an acceptable level to enable us to use our devices but they still require us to pay the contracted rate. If I could give a minus rating it would not even register Don't go with them they are appalling with no level of concern for putting any problem right One thing that did come from customer service was they were dealing with problems which are months old without getting a resolution Just wish I could get a number for the head office and the CEO but this is 'impossible' as stated by their customer service Total waste if time

My Spanish is limited (I am still learning). I politely asked for assistance in slower Spanish or in English if possible.I was told it is necessary for me to speak Spanish in order to take a contract. Very rude, very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Disappointed.
