racist company - said it was company policy to only talk to me in dutch and was literally told on the phone that they can speak English but its policy to only speak in dutch.

WORSE IMPOSSIBLE, Very bad insurance. They don't provide good service, and you can only speak to operators who take notes and wait for a call back. The customer service is even worse. They canceled me when this year is over, and I'm never going back. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Is this a LEGID insurance or a SCUM?
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased their product through NN Hellas. Buyers/investors beware this company will not honor any contract. They will not pay. They will not respond. NN Group and its international operations need to be investigated.
