The item I ordered took over 2 months to get to me, when I contacted them they offered me a 30% refund.Trying to get that refund has proven to be impossible. They will not respond to my emails, Instagram comments, Facebook messages. They also blocked me from Instagram. Terrible customer service, would not recommend buying from.read more

Dreadful! Took weeks to come from China. Within a couple of months the zip had broken and the seams started to give.I wrote a 1 star review on website and it still hasn’t been published. The same 17 ‘5 star’ reviews every time I look for mine even though a banner pops up to say someone else has just bought this bag. A massive scam. DO NOT BUY.read more

My sister ordered me a diaper bag for my baby shower. I started using it early August and by the end of August there was a huge tear in the front pocket.I emailed Them and no response so i messaged Them on Facebook and they blocked me from messaging them.
