parked in Paris near Hotel for a 3 days…
parked in Paris near Hotel for a 3 days and paid 60 euros like they said in hotel, my car was on safe place whole time, i dont understand this negative reviews. I guess some people cant do the things right way
Booked in advance but was denied to park
Booked a parking spot well in advance and was charged the full amount. Upon arrival, the lot was completely full, and I was denied entry. There was no way to contact the company directly for assistance. Ended up having to park elsewhere at an expensive daily rate just to avoid missing my train. On top of that, I have yet to receive any response regarding a refund. This company is a complete scam—avoid at all costs! Be aware! Update. After contacting customer service, I was issued a refund and compensated for the difference in parking costs. While I appreciated the resolution, the overall experience still wasn't the most comfortable.
Not user friendly and poor
You can't enter the license of your rental car the day you get it. In Nice this meant having hassles every day getting in or out, wasting time. Should be able to modify same day. Stupid and will not use again.
I would warn people against using this…
When I booked the wrong dates came up. I thought this would be fine as they say they will refund you. It's been over 10 working days. I have no refund, despite an email saying I would be refunded within 10 days. I subsequently received the refund, but would have preferred a smoother process.
Tough luck if they give you a wrong location.
The confirmation email contained a link to an incorrect location for the entrance to the carpark so I had to park somewhere else at higher cost. They refused to refund the full amount for the parking. Won't use them again unless I know the location of the parking. To follow on from the reply from Onepark there was a full refund but only after this review was published. The customer service team refused to refund the charges.
Made a reservation with One Park for Sevilla airport
Made a reservation with One Park for Seville airport but received no confirmation and had to rebook an expensive option at the last minute. The help centre was responsive but couldn't tell me if there had been a problem with the reservation system or if I'd made an error. The suggested solution was to make another booking, but I don't have confidence in the platform and I'd already arrived at the airport. Probably won't use again.
I booked at the Montpellier IBIS…
I booked at the Montpellier IBIS through one park. The GPS link does not take you to the correct place, I could not get the hotel to answer the call, and then I had to cancel the booking and park in the train station car park. I contacted customer services immediately. They took 4 days to answer. There is no telephone helpline. Then they refused to accept that I could not access the car park as the 'Googlelink' in their instructions they claim is correct. Customer services did not answer my questions - why the hotel did not respond to my call when I was on the road trying to find the entrance, for example. So parking impossible to find, and customer service shocking. They eventually offered a ten euro refund on a 57 euro booking, and I had to pay the other parking in addition. Truly awful. Will never use them again. Final email: Bonjour M. Prentice, Nous vous remercions pour votre réponse. Comme indiqué, les informations dont vous disposiez étaient étaient suffisamment précises pour vous permettre d'accéder au parking. Le lien Google Maps présent dans votre mail de confirmation de réservation vous permet bien de calculer l'itinéraire jusqu'à l'entrée du parking. Les barrières routières que vous mentionnez peuvent être franchies également par les personnes ayant une réservation au parking de l'hôtel. Onepark étant tenu de régler au parking partenaire l'intégralité du montant du stationnement réservé, nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas donner suite à votre demande de remboursement.
