My package got slightly delayed and I already started to worry given all the negative reviews. But it arrived pretty soon after. And customer support was double checking on that I have received it. So, positive review from my side.

Worst delivery service ever
Ever since AliExpress has started using Peddler to deliver packages it's been nothing but trouble. Out of the last 10 or so deliveries only 2 were actually delivered. I always stay home for packages so their deliverers don't even try half the time, the other half they dump the package somewhere else altogether. Twice now I've had to go to a whole other building in search of my package. Customer service is appallingly slow, you're lucky to get 1 reply every 24 hours. This time it's been longer than that. I've even downloaded the app and made an account to try it through a second channel. I thought DPD was bad but Peddler really is the worst delivery service ever. They barely deliver or serve.

Says package delivered and signed for. What happened? Tried to put it in the mailbox, didn’t fit, trew it in front of the door and left. Then when you come home the package is gone. E-mailed customer service with proof (nest doorbell camera footage) never responded to my mail. Today the same happend again.. problem is I can’t choose my own delivery service..

Starting the review I got the question 'What went wrong this time?' That sums it up... Again and again... How come you send a notification for delivery 10 minutes in advance of the actual delivery??? This creates only more waiting time, bad communication and even more annoyance with people of the phone who are (or feel) not responbile at all... They just don't care it seems... How do they expect someone to be at home when this is communicated so late??

This situation is absolutely unacceptable. You have had my package since December 27, 2025. It is now January 14, 2026, and the delivery date keeps being pushed back with zero proactive communication from your side. No updates, no explanations, nothing. Because the package is still marked as “coming,” I am being denied a refund. This leaves me in an unreasonable position: I have neither received my package nor my money. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I am no longer willing to wait indefinitely. I expect immediate action—either deliver my package without further delay or issue a full refund immediately with the company.
