We’ve had a really positive experience with Luis!

We’ve had a really positive experience using Personio. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes everyday HR tasks like managing absences, documents, and employee information much simpler. What really stands out is the support. Our account manager, Luis, has been extremely responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. He’s always quick to reply, understands our needs, and does his best to find solutions when questions come up. Overall, a very solid HR platform backed by a supportive team. Would definitely recommend it.

A dynamic HR Tool that scales with us

I’ve had a great experience with Personio so far. Our assigned Account Manager is exceptional. He keeps us consistently updated on platform changes and new releases, and he's incredibly quick to answer any specific questions we have. Also, when using the standard support tickets path, the response time is impressive, usually under 24 hours. What I like most: - Intuitive UI: The frontend is modern, and very easy to navigate. - Customization: The ability to create custom attributes and assign permissions based on roles, workplaces, or other specific criteria is a game-changer for our workflow. - Constant Innovation: The recent feature developments have made our daily tasks much smoother.

We are very satisfied with Personio and…

We are very satisfied with Personio and with the overall experience since we started working with them in 2023. They stand out for their agility, both in day‑to‑day management and in solving any issues that may arise. Even when problems occur —which is normal for any platform that is constantly evolving— our main point of contact Fabio is always attentive, responds quickly, and does everything possible to help us find a solution or a temporary workaround. Additionally, whenever we need a specific feature or have a more complex request, they usually escalate it to the product team so it can be evaluated for development. This gives us the sense that they truly listen to customers and are genuinely committed to continuously improving the tool. In summary: a responsive, supportive team with a strong willingness to find solutions and evolve the product.

Super happy with the toll and the support!

I can see the improvement over time and the many possibilities Personio has in it's platform. I am also enjoying very much working closely with Ines Dies! She is the best and has a big contribute to the success of the platform in our organization!

Ur trusted HRIS

Personio is an absolute staple piece in our daily work and it has come so far. We were very early customers and what it can do now is quite impressive. We are not even using it´s full potential, but are trying to do so more and more. Sometimes Personio improves so fast, we cannot even improve the processes alongside with it. I think when you come in now freshly, you´ll be able to set up everything the most efficient way, without old structure in the way, that was set up multiple years ago. Personio takes manual work off our hands but still I do not feel like i lose control over the processes. I do not want to miss it.
