Absolute ripoff. Inept. Go elsewhere. They have been talking about new templates for years.The current ones came out in 2013, and they made zero improvements in them since they came out as there was no one onboard that could make changes (Grover, the person that designed them, left the company) and continuous improvements like every other company does with their web template offerings. The person that designed the current templates rejoined the company to make the new ones. This endeavor was announced in September of 2019, in which they announced they secured new funding for this effort. The new templates were scheduled for July 2020,then December of 2020, which were both missed. Grover then decided to stop committing to launch dates despite proclamations of a new commitment to transparency. PhotoShelter has strung their customers along for over a year. I would have left long ago if I had any idea of how long the process would take. Commenting to their support is useless as there is no one that will hold Grover accountable.

Was with them two years. Site is unwieldy .. they ignore independent female photographers,unless they are government lackeys , and I’m not giving them another dime. They also take photographers ideas and step on them. Buyer beware.

Great website builder for photographer. Templates are easy tu use and visually attractive.The possibility to sell images online as RF,RM,Prints or other uses is a big plus. The only big downside is it is quite expensive. For unlimited photos you have to pay 45$/month and the pro version of 25$/month only gives you 100GB to store images
