I used Proportunity to get an extra loan when purchasing a house which I have now paid off. I found the process to set everything up really simple and communication between my mortgage broker and Proportunity was great. I have since paid off the loan in a couple of instalments and each time have found communication excellent, especially when asking questions and clarifying terms.
