Has been made an aplication for suport on 24t/09,today 13/10 still dint have an answer.in my opinion people who ask for help cannot wait for 3 weeks to answer.

Terrible "charity"

Terrible "charity". Couldn't be less interested in the needs of people. Very elitist. If you have a disability, forget it, they will use it say they can't help you.

Charity looking for a purpose!

It's hard to figure out what the purpose of the retail trust actually is! They're "engaged" by my employer, but the extent of their interaction seems to be web pages full of platitudes, and clueless call handlers.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Retail Trust. When I called for help, I was brushed off almost immediately. The person on the phone seemed uninterested, untrained, and unwilling to offer any real support. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to listen, let alone help. I was left feeling worse than before I called. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend their services, as they didn’t have anyone who could actually assist or show genuine care. If this is how they support people in need, it’s deeply concerning.
