Already overpriced, and poor customer service, now they want you to take the experimental DNA jab,before cruising? And still wear masks, follow rules, walk certain directions, dodge healthy people like they are lepers....really?? Not a chance!

cruise cancelled 3 months ago- should have sailed by now but still waiting on FCC,phoned and emailed Customer services several times-absolute waste of time- no idea when will get FCC and still being harassed for payments on future bookings. WHAT A SHAMBLES

Confirmed Cruise Reservation Cancelled

We had a cruise reservation for almost one year. As the cruise date became close,we called to make sure the cruise ship was still sailing amongst the COVID pandemic situation. We were told that our reservation had been cancelled even though the ship was sailing to the scheduled ports. We were told that because we did not contact the cruise line and re-confirm our reservation that it was cancelled. Moreover, all new reservations were suspended or placed on hold so we could not make a new reservation. This is incredible. All of our plans were suddenly cancelled because of this cruise line. We now choose to never sail with this company again. This is the wost customer treatment I have ever heard of.

3 cruises cancelled, a combination of FCC And refunds requested. Still no sign of refund and only hopecruises go ahead in 2022. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible Customer Service, Wonderful Cruises

We have cruised RCCL for decades and WERE super loyal to the brand until now. With COVID we had a cruise canceled like the rest of the world.We were super sensitive to what everyone, including companies were going through to navigate successfully. We decided on a refund vs. cruise credit as we are talking thousands of dollars that I would rather have in my bank collecting interest. Cruise was canceled on 2/25 and at that time a full refund was requested/committed to. It is now 5/4 and we are still waiting on our refund. I have reached out several times - first being told the normal 14-30 days is now up to 45 days. At 45 days I pinged them and they stated "a box was not checked holding up my payment" now they will make sure it is in the next 10 days... here we are still no payment. I totally get how hard this must be on the cruise lines, but to hold my money for over two months now is absurd and feels almost criminal. This has changed, dramatically, how I feel about RCCL future forward. I work in business and know that there is no way that it takes this long to return money to any customer. I have filed a case with the BBB but am not confident that will do anything. It is clear from the other reviews in here that they simply do not care.

RCC will never get anymore of our business

Not to go into a long drawn out story, but RCC... the actual Cruises, are the best.As for the customer service for getting our money back for cruise's booked before covid and cancelled because of covid.... not so much. Been waiting months for the full refund. And have been told by 2 different represenitves that the refund will happen "next week" so for the rest of our cruises that we do, if they ever open up the cruising industry, RCC will never get any of our business. I've heard this same story with friends and family, So if anyone here says other wise, I call BS.

Great cruises. Utterly abysmal customer services

5 stars for the actual cruises. Zero stars for customer service. Have been on lots of RC cruises and thoroughly enjoyed every single one.Unfortunately COVID meant that our transatlantic cruise booked for October 2021 was cancelled, however, we did not receive any communications from RC about the cancellation or indeed the options available to us until March 16th when we received an email stating that we had 2 days to decide if we wanted future cruise credit or a refund. We opted for the FCC as we were loyal to the brand. A month later we have now received the future cruise credits which we have discovered expire in Sep 2022 - not much use when we go on holiday in October! Apparently there was a lift and shift scheme available but we received no comms about this at all. The same cruise for next year is now 50% more expensive and none of our FCC or on board credits are valid... Have spoken to several agents and exchanged emails but they have zero empathy and have done absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation. We are very close to leaving this brand for good....
